Quick help
Audio will not resume
Confirm you are online, then pause and resume playback. If the problem continues, fully close Rooted Word, reopen it, and send us the chapter or episode involved.
Podcast content
New podcast episodes appear after the public feed updates. Pull to refresh or reopen the podcast area if a newly released episode does not appear immediately.
Reading or display issue
Send us the Bible book, chapter, verse, and a screenshot so we can determine whether the issue is content-related or display-related.
Feature request
We welcome thoughtful suggestions. Email support with “Feature Request” in the subject line and describe the problem the feature would help solve.
